Refund Policy
At Green Candle Research Academy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality services. However, due to the nature of our business and the services offered, we have implemented the following refund policy:
1. No Refund Policy for Research Services
All payments made for research services, including stock recommendations, BTST trades, swing trades, intraday trades, or any other advisory services, are non-refundable.
Once a client subscribes to any of our services and makes the payment, it is deemed that they have read and understood the terms and conditions.
2. Service Delivery
We ensure that all services are delivered as promised at the time of subscription. However, due to the inherent risks of stock market trading and investing, results may vary, and no guarantees can be provided for profit or performance.
3. Exceptional Cases for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The client has been charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue.
- The service promised at the time of purchase was not delivered at all.
In such cases, clients must contact us within 7 Days of payment with relevant proof of double payment or non-delivery of service.
4. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may choose to cancel their subscription to our services at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
